So, let's begin. This is the one I tried, and I thought it was amazing.
Costco Kirkland Signature Bacon Average Price
$13-$21 is the average price you can expect to pay for this, depending on where you live. Mine cost me $12.99 plus tax.
I got 50 slices, which is not bad for the price. In other stores that are not Costco, I can expect to pay much more for that many slices of bacon. But at Costco, the price is always amazing. You know what I mean.
How to cook the bacon
You simply have to heat it up at different temperatures and time settings, depending on the taste you are going for because the bacon comes already precooked.
What I would advise you to do if you are trying it for the first time is to buy two to three packs.
For the first one, you would simply divide it into two or more different portions for testing, because that is what I did.
I cooked each one at different temperatures to see which cooking style I liked most.
Use a paper plate and don't forget to add some paper towels because it can get greasy.
5-10 pieces on each plate is about normal.
Product cooking instructions
It says to microwave on high and cook for 6-10 seconds per slice. Basically, that means 30-50 seconds for 5 slices.
You can test it out at different times like I did to see which one you like better. Personally, I liked the one that was cooked for 10 seconds per slice.
For 5 slices, that is equal to 50 seconds at most.
As I said, you can test it at different temperatures to see which one you like most, but I wouldn't go too far from what the instructions suggested.
How to make the Costco Kirkland Signature Bacon crispy?
If you like your bacon a bit more crispy, I suggest cooking on high and adding an extra 10-20 seconds to the 6-10 seconds as instructed by the product instructions.
So that means if you were cooking 5 pieces for 50 seconds, for extra crispy bacon, it will now be 5 pieces at 60-70 seconds. I found the bacon was very crispy when cooked for 70 seconds and very mild when cooked for 30 seconds.

Microwave
A Cooking Pan
I used the microwave because the instructions show an image of a microwave, which is why I used it. I also used a pan and deep-fried the bacon.
I found that I liked the fried bacon better than the microwaved ones, but it is completely up to you which method you prefer.
If you choose to try frying it in a pan, here's how to do it:
Wash your pan and make sure it's completely dry. Then, put a little bit of cooking oil in the pan, just enough to prevent the bacon from burning.
Put the stove on a bit below high, but not on high. Wait for the pan to heat up, not a whole lot but just enough. Then, take each slice that you would like to cook and lay them flat in the cooking oil inside your heated pan.
Flip each slice after 10-20 seconds or when you feel like the side it is frying on is fully cooked. If the cooking pan is not completely hot, it will take longer than just 20 seconds to be ready, depending on how crispy you would like your bacon.
Once you are done with both sides, you can now turn off the stove or add more slices if you want to cook some more.
You don't have to worry much about grease if you don't add too much oil. Simply add a little oil and you'll be fine following the instructions I mentioned earlier. I'm sure you will prefer the frying pan method, as I did. You can try it, but to avoid a greasy mess, just add a small amount of grease. Make sure not to overheat the pan; keep it just below high heat.

How do I rate the Costco Kirkland Signature Bacon
I will give the Costco Kirkland Signature Bacon a 4.0 out of 5.
Not a complete 5 out of 5 because the instructions didn't explain how to cook it very well. I didn't like it much when cooking it in the microwave for 30-50 seconds as instructed on the product. Other than that, I give it a 4.0 because it is one of the best bacon products in the market.
It is very high quality you get nice thick strips that are very lean.
Personally, I found that I like the taste without needing to add any extra seasoning or salt; it is ready to cook right out of the package.
Additionally, you can keep it frozen in the freezer for 30 days or more, or in the refrigerator for several days without any problems. The Costco Kirkland Signature Bacon is great and better than most brands.
Conclusion
When you cook the Costco Kirkland Signature Bacon for 30-50 seconds as instructed, the fatty parts don't cook out completely. But if you leave it for a bit longer, they will cook out nicely. Most importantly, I like how quickly you can cook them. You can have your bacon cooked in, what, 45-60 seconds? While it cooks, you can be preparing your full meal. That's what I call a home-cooked fast food Resto!
